1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Goodness Gracious Catering. By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.

2. About Our Service

Goodness Gracious Catering is a family-owned meal delivery and small gathering catering business serving Bulverde, Spring Branch, and Far North San Antonio, Texas. We prepare take-and-bake dinners, ready-to-eat lunches, and kids’ lunches from scratch each week, and we offer delivery-only catering for gatherings of up to approximately 60 people.

3. Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order or create an account with us. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (including delivery address and contact details) is accurate.

4. Weekly Ordering Schedule

•          A new menu is posted every Wednesday.

•          The ordering window for that menu closes Thursday.

•          Meals are prepared fresh on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

•          There is no subscription and no minimum order. Order any week that works for you and skip the weeks you don’t need.

Because meals are prepared to order on a weekly cycle, we cannot guarantee fulfillment for orders placed after the Thursday cutoff.

5. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Bulverde, Spring Branch, and Far North San Antonio. If you're unsure whether your address falls within our delivery zone, contact us before ordering so we can confirm. We are not responsible for missed deliveries to addresses outside our confirmed delivery area.

6. Small Gathering Catering

Catering for events—birthdays, school functions, office lunches, and similar gatherings of up to approximately 60 people—is delivery-only; we do not provide event staff, servers, rental equipment, or on-site setup beyond drop-off. Catering orders are scheduled around your event date rather than the standard weekly cycle. Please contact us with your date, headcount, and any dietary needs as far in advance as possible.

7. Pricing & Payment

Prices for menu items are listed at checkout and may change from week to week or over time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely at the time of order through our website’s payment processor. You’re responsible for any applicable sales tax charged at checkout.

 

 

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we make meals to order in small batches, request changes or cancellations before the Thursday ordering deadline for that week’s menu. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust an order, and we’ll do what we can to help.

9. Delivery & Receipt of Meals

Meals arrive fresh and, in most cases, should be refrigerated promptly on arrival. If no one is available to receive a delivery, we are not responsible for spoilage that results from meals sitting unrefrigerated after drop-off. Please have someone available to bring meals inside on your delivery day, or let us know in advance if you need special delivery instructions.

10. Food Preparation, Allergens & Dietary Information

•Take-and-bake dinners require you to finish cooking at home per the instructions provided; lunches and kids’ lunches are ready to eat or microwave.

• All food is prepared in a kitchen that also handles common allergens, including gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and tree nuts. While gluten-free options are noted on the menu where available, our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free facility, and we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of cross-contact.

•If you or anyone you’re ordering for has a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before ordering. You are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and disclosing allergies prior to ordering.

11. Menu Changes & Product Availability

Our menu changes weekly and is subject to ingredient availability. Photos on the website are representative of menu items, and actual presentation may vary slightly. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients or discontinue a menu item without notice.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, recipes, photographs, logos, and the Goodness Gracious Catering name — is owned by us or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or our ordering system for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the site's operation, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is.” While we take care in preparing every meal, we make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable law, regarding the website or the food and services we provide.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodness Gracious Catering is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, except where such liability cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for foodborne illness caused by our negligence).

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, and continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
