Goodness Gracious was built from a lifelong love of cooking, a deep Southern hospitality spirit, and a passion for making busy families feel cared for. Our story starts in the kitchens of my grandmothers, where I learned the joy of feeding people well. Those early memories shaped everything that came next.

I went on to earn a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Auburn University, then spent 15+ years in the food industry, sharpening my skills and discovering what truly matters in a meal: comfort, quality, and connection.
